1. Financial Disclaimer (Read Carefully)

Foresight Finance ("The System") is a data visualization and educational tool designed to assist users in tracking debt payoff progress. We are not financial advisors, accountants, or tax professionals.

WARNING: All calculations, including "Pain Tickers" and payoff dates, are estimates based on mathematical models. They do not account for variable interest rates, bank fees, penalties, or holidays. Actual bank figures may vary.

You should not make significant financial decisions based solely on this application. Always verify numbers with your official bank statements and consult a certified professional before consolidating debt or altering payment plans.

2. Data Sovereignty & Privacy

We respect the sanctity of your financial data. While we use industry-standard encryption (bcrypt) for credentials and CSRF protection for transactions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
  • We do not sync directly with bank APIs (Plaid/Yodlee) in this version; all data is manually input by you.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your "Operator" login credentials.

3. Terms of Usage

By accessing the Nullify module, you agree to use this software as-is. The creators of Foresight Finance accept no liability for interest charges, late fees, or financial losses incurred while using this tracking system.
